CASI Print 300CR Quick Start Guide

* Set the cabinet, put the server and the printer in.
* Connect every cable. Here is the list of cable you should connect to the server:
o - 2 (two) power cable
o - 1 (one) coin changer cable
o - 1 keyboard cable
o - 1 monitor cable
o - 1 parallel printer cable
o - 1 serial cable from the back of the server to the serial port on the server
* Connect the three power cable (one monitor, two for the server) to the power bar.
* Turn the server on.
* Setting up the server:
o Go to http://Server.IP.Add.ress/casi/print/admin
o When prompt for username and password, use "1234" and no password
o Set the price per page for black-white printing and color printing (default are 10 and 25 cents respectively
o To calibrate the coin-changer, make sure the amount of money in the coin changer is the same as in the accounting system. Open the coin changer box and insert the coins from the side.
* Set up the client computers printer driver
o Look in the CASI manual to set up the printer driver
o Set up two printer driver, one Color and one Black and White so that the patron has the option to choose.
o To differentiate between the two, you should configure the printer driver such that it will only print in Black and White only or Color. Consult the printer manual to do this.
* Send a print job from the client computer to test the CASI server.
